You need to provide your Parcel Pro API Credentials and save them in the app settings page.
Go to Admin > Apps > Jewelry Solutions > Shipping with insurance section and provide your API credentials.
If you do not have a Parcel Pro account yet, apply for one here.
API credentials are not your regular login and password. It is a different identification and Parcel Pro should provide to you. If you have an account with Parcel Pro, but do not have your API credentials yet, you should request them here, or you can email Parcel Pro technical support at techsupport@parcelpro.com, with a message like this, for example:
“Hi, could you please provide me with my API credentials?
I need them to automate my shipping label process with the Shopify app.
My Parcel Pro account #: [provide your account #]
Thank you.”
