Jewelry Solutions app “the App” provides – technical solutions and API connections “the Service” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also describe how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, especially your orders and shipping details.

When you upload your Product through the Site, we will maintain your Product information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information, and your Order and Product information can be analyzed by our system, to especifically provide you back recommendations of business actionable initatives, in order to optimize the sales of your store.
Trading Network and Marketaplace
The App is not responsible for any transactions between you and other users. You need to validate and verify the accounts you connect, its products, orders and payments and any transactions. The App is solely a technical solution to collect data and connect different users in the marketplace.
Changes
We may update this terms from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
