In order to have access to competitive shipping and insurance rates, you need to have an account with UPS/Parcel Pro. You may go to UPS/Parcel Pro here and create your account at any time.
After you open an account with UPS/Parcel Pro, you still need your API credentials which are not your regular login and password. It is a different identification and UPS/Parcel Pro should provide to you.
If you have an account with UPS/Parcel Pro, but do not have your API credentials yet, you should request them here, or you can email UPS/Parcel Pro technical support at email@example.com, with a message like this, for example:
“Hi, could you please provide me with my API credentials?
I need them to automate my shipping label process with the Shopify app.
My Parcel Pro account #: [provide your account #]
UPS/Parcel Pro API supports domestics shipments only from US and Canada. For the rest of the geographic areas, you will be able to use UPS/Parcel Pro directly from its website or any other shipping service of your choice.
