Yes, it is, and the notifications can be sent by email and text message (SMS).
If your store is connected to UPS/Parcel Pro, every new shipping label will also generate a unique tracking number. Then, our system updates automatically the order with that number, which is provided by UPS or FEDEX.
After that, the customer automatically receives every order status notifications, by email and SMS, including a link to track the order online at anytime, using Shopify native solution.
